Punished for preparedness and punctuality.nnBeginning with a riddle: whatu2019s the difference between making an appointment and not making an appointment at this location? Absolutely nothing.nnThey donu2019t abide by an appointment system so you might as well not even make one.nnI had a 09:00 appointment (first one of the day). I showed at 08:45 because Iu2019m early everywhere. I was called into the back room for height, weight, temperature, and blood pressure around 08:55. At this point, thought itu2019d go fast, and I was really hopeful! I was told the doctor would be right in to continue my physical.nnAt 09:30, nothing. I popped my head out of the door and asked if the doctor was coming in soon? I was told, u201cheu2019ll be in as soon as he can.u201dnnAt 10:00, still no doctor. I walked out of the office, told the front desk I was leaving as I wasnu2019t willing to wait any longer.nnI donu2019t understand what could take so long. I was the very first appointmentu2026 Itu2019s not like a mechanic where they could have cars left over from the previous night they have to get to first. I certainly hope they didnu2019t have patients left over!nnAccording to all these other reviews, they prioritize urgent careu2026 so - why make an appointment? Whatu2019s the purpose?nnBottom line, if you make an appointment, are prepared, organized, and have everything together, youu2019ll get disrespected and put to the back of the line.nnGood luck to other responsible patients.nnedit: spelling

This place is a nightmare. Iu2019m a patient of the clinic for primary care, but usually go to the other location. I changed to this one for my visit today because they have an in-house lab which my normal location does not. Big mistake. Woman at the front desk is unbelievably rude and disorganized. I arrived at 4:27 for my 4:45 scheduled appointment. She verified the reason for my visit when I arrived. I sat down after being checked in. I proceeded to wait patiently until 5:30pm when I was informed the technician who administers the test I was receiving, left at 4:45pm. So, to sum it up, this woman allowed me to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes knowing the technician had gone home already. So not only was I not seen for my appointment, an additional 45 minutes of my time was wasted. Receptionist did not care at all, she gave nothing but attitude. Did not even offer to reschedule me, I had to ask her to do it. Did not want to do her job, clearly. Actually YELLED at me very sarcastically to u201chave a nice dayu201d as I walked out the door. Iu2019ve never been treated so poorly and with so much disrespect in my life, especially at a medical facility. 0/10 do not recommend.

Something must have changed in this office. I started going to the rainbow location last fall and had a great experience, no problems at all. More recently I switched insurance and they require a doctoru2019s approval for my medication before a pharmacy will refill it now. After placing three phone calls and waiting one week someone returned my call. I thought I was good to go after that but unfortunately I need to speak to someone again. Itu2019s been impossible to get anyone this time. When I call the front desk it rings and rings. A couple times I wasnu2019t able to leave a message because the voicemail was full. Not sure what happened there over the last year but this place is not the same. Please donu2019t play around when it comes to peopleu2019s prescriptions. It can seriously be life threatening.

I loved dr mendes but after this year but the clinic being bought by cano health the office is a nightmare. I have had a referral done in May for a biopsy and we are almost in December and the referral dr is still waiting on procare staff to send all the info it has been back and forth for months and on top of that I just found out last week they are closing down the clinic end of November. They have screwed me over and no warning/heads up on them closing. The dr herself is amazing but unfortunately the rest of admin staff with the poor planning and horrible referral department ruins everything.

Would never recommend this medical office. I'm diabetic and doctor without warning cut off my prescription risking my health. The front desk personnel are rude and have absolutely not respect. They will demand unnecessary visits just to hit your insurance. If you talk to doctor on the phone, surprise, virtual visit. Stay away at all costs.nnI was forced to see urgent care for my prescription and that doctor was in complete shocked about the doctor there.nnOh, they also just changed there name because all of the complaints too.
