Who is keeping this place open??? And theyu2019ve opened a second clinic? How dare they hold patients medical records hostage!?!?!?? This needs to be reported to the AMA, Iu2019ll definitely be doing so. My dad needs his records in order to receive care from a speciality provider! 100 thumbs down!

We went here to get my husbandu2019s immigration paperwork done and they were super helpful. The process went very smoothly. We paid $350 for the exam and about $15 for the lab work. We got the vaccines done prior to coming here which was helpful. We really appreciate everything they have done for us.

Love my Doctor, the people at the pharmacy are very nice mostly and the front check in ladies are are also kind but one woman seems to work hardest above all. I find the problem is that rude customer service when setting appointments. I have been hung up on more than once.

The customer service at this facility is extremely unsatisfactory. It is, without a doubt, the worst I have experienced in a very long time. I have been a patient at this clinic since it was part of Aurora Sinai, and I have never encountered such a high level of rudeness from the call center staff. The phone number (414) 291-2626 is particularly problematic. On three separate occasions, my calls were abruptly disconnected, and when I called back, I could hear the staff laughing in the background.nnOne male employee was especially unprofessional. He loudly read out my medication names and laughed, pretended not to understand my concerns, and asked inappropriate questions about my medication as if he were a doctor. This behavior left me extremely frustrated and upset. Despite multiple requests to speak with my doctor due to a medication mix-up, I was unable to get through.nnI have a great deal of respect and admiration for my doctor, but this experience has made me seriously consider changing clinics.

The front desk people are snotty and rude every time i go and every one of them. They do not know any policies. They argue with patients, and wint answer questions or give you any information as to a phone number or address you ask for. Time for new drs office for our entire family of 12.
