I had both my knees done this winter with Dr Timothy Alton. First one in mid December and second one late February. Just had my post op appointment for the second knee today and both knees are great!Dr Alton and his staff are amazing! Great communication and always looking how they can support and care for you before, during and after surgery. So happy I had this done and that Dr Alton was recommend to me.

Disclaimer : I am a strong believer that any rating is no more then a combination of multiple factors, and any of those can change your mind. With that being said it was my experience which might not represent overall facility operation.As of the initial visit giving the 5 star - easy!- the urgent care with primary focus on broken bones, where will you find that?!This is a walk in clinic I don't believe you need a referral, we just popped in- this facility is OPEN over WEEKENDs!Bless those people who come to work during weekend.- luck part. we walked on Sunday at 10.45 and we were first. No initial wait time !- treated professionally at every step we were there- very clean facility! Not sure when they opened, feels pretty newI don't know what will the bill be here, but I for sure know what would I pay going to ER on Sunday, and how long would I have to wait.My only regret that I did not know about those guys on Saturday and went to regular urgent care ( - $350 from the medical budget :) Do you homework, life is evolving and we get more options every year.A kind word to those who helped us! Thanks you very very much!!!

I fractured my ankle on a hike. Dr. Novak assessed my situation, provided me with clear information and options and was very gentle and understanding. His team provided clear instructions and filled out my employment paperwork quickly. I really appreciate this experience given my situation.
