I went to this urgent care last year and had an excellent experience, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. I visited this urgent care for a specific concern and had some confusion around my test results. I was told I tested positive for something, which led me to pick up a prescription but after reviewing my visit notes, it seems I was never actually tested for that condition. I also overheard a conversation between the staff and the provider that confirmed the test I needed wasnu2019t done. This left me feeling unsure about the accuracy of my care. I hope the clinic improves communication between staff and ensures patients are properly informed about what they are being tested and treated for. I asked to speak with the office manager about this, but was told they werenu2019t in today. Iu2019m hoping to hear back soon so I can talk to someone directly about my concern.

My daughter and I had a great first experience at ProMed. The team was kind and helpful and they made us feel so comfortable during our visit. The staff was knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend them for your urgent care needs.

The guy that works the front desk is not very welcoming at all. When you first walk in he looks annoyed instead of smiling and asking how can he help you. He has a very rude demeanor overall. He even cut me off mid-sentence because he didn't care what I had to say about my insurance. The doctor and the medical staff were super nice and friendly. They listened to why I was there and treated me quickly. If they got someone nicer at the front desk I would give them 5 full stars.
