My children have had multiply appointments there normally without issue. However, the receptionist has been heard by my wife and myself complaining about her job and how much work she has to do. Well today we had an appointment at 10 AM as both my children are sick from daycare, we arrived at around 10:08AM. No one was present at the front desk and there was someone already waiting at the counter, the receptionist came upfront checked the first person in which took around 10 minutes as she had to email documents and they were passing her phone back and forth. Finally my turn at 10:17 and Iu2019m told Iu2019m past the 15 minutes and need to reschedule for a week to a week and a half out or I could go down the street to the urgent care. I went down to the urgent care and itu2019s not an urgent care itu2019s the Toledo Hospital ambulatory ER and they turn me away essentially cause they are slammed and this isnu2019t emergent. So much for customer service and health care by the largest provider in the area. Itu2019s time we end this healthcare monopoly that cares more for profits than itu2019s patients.

The address 217 Golden Gate PLAZA not 217 Golden Gate. If using GPS you HAVE TO ENTER PLAZA! It is located in the Golden Gate Plaza complex in Maumee off the trail and Gibbs. NOT BY DANA!
