I went here with NO Insurance..... Told the lady I have no insurance for my child.... Wrote on the paperwork that there's no insurance.... Paid out of pocket because once again there was no insurance. Tell me why this company TWICE tries to bill the previous insurance my child had. Two different times!!!!!!! You're completely in the wrong. Completely unethical and completely unprofessional.. what their doing is insurance fraud. I've spoke to a few different entities and I did report you.

My son was very grateful his visit was so affordable and the follow up appointment was free! We were visiting Florida and couldn't find an urgent care that took his insurance. Thankfully he was able to be seen get tests done and have his follow up appointment all within 3 days

Medical assistants are AMAZING ! They are quick and treat you like their own family. Dr. Was quick and caring. Only complaint is the front desk lady is not very friendly .

I always take my son to this urgent never had a problem until Saturday 1/21/22.I sign him in and the front desk girl didn't even bother to ask me any question .I ask her if they still taking my son insurance ,she stared she will need to ask management .Ten minutes later she comes to me to tell me I will need to pay $99 since she can't check k my son eligibility because is Saturday and the provider line is closed.I work for a health insurance and definitely know the process ,but the way she spoke it seem that she care less ,the expression of her face talking to me was like she was cursing .I took my son to Fish Er they took.very good care of him there .I will never ever go to this urgent care .If management would like to reach to me I am more than welcome to go into more details about this incident. We experienced the worse customer service .
