This center is impeccably clean which I noticed right away. The receptionist greeted me kindly and efficiently. My wait was less than five minutes to see the nurse and the doctor came in in five minutes also. Both the nurse and the doctor were very kind and explained things very thoroughly. I have been there several times with my sister and service has always been the same.

Amazing experience, all of the staff was so pleasant, I arrived in the later hours for a dot annual physical and receptionists were so accommodating and moved the process as quickly as possible. Then I met with the Dr who I moved along quickly with top quality , after completing necessary requirements I was offered treatment for an inflection not related to why I was there. I felt support and compassion from all of the staff members u2764ufe0f God blessed this establishment!

I had never been to an Advent walkin clinic, and because I go to doctors connected to Advent I checked in so quickly. I had no papers to fill out. Also all the nurses, the PA and front desk were very nice. The waiting room was clean and they offered free masks.

The Care Center at Advent Health was excellent from start to finish. Their front desk was welcoming and very attentive. After a very brief wait I was seen by two very professional and knowledgeable doctors. They skillfully diagnosed my needs and provided the prescribed help I needed. I booked an appointment online at 1am for 9am. I was early and made sure to do the check in. I was taken back early, tested, and spoken to in a timely and professional manner. I was on my way to pick up my prescription by 9:17. This is the quickest urgent care I have ever been to. I've been with advent health since Oct of last year and haven't had a bad experience with them at all. The urgent care visit was fast, the nurse made sure to ask about the tests I wanted to run, and the NP made sure to communicate with me, made sure to switch a prescription because of an allergy, and both told me and gave me written instructions for my prescription. All around just a pleasant experience which was wonderful to not be stressed out when I was feeling so ill. Thank you all so much!
