Based on a recommendation from a friend, I went to prompt med for what I thought was a bad case of the flu. Making an appointment was very easy. When we got to the office the nurse took all my vitals in a very pleasant demeanor. She tested me for strep, and covid. Dr. Fong was the physician on staff. He was very pleasant and communicative. After he told me that I tested positive for covid, he checked for any adverse interactions of medications i was currently taking. He set me on a protocal for covid, phoned in the perscription to cvs. He told me what to be on the lookout for with regard tothe medicine prescribe....nI highly recommend Prompt med urgent care.

Last night I got my finger bashed in a late hockey game and decided to sleep on it and see how it was in the morning, and it sure wasn't any better! I'm more afraid of needles than anything on this earth, so even the prospect of stitches terrifies me and I wanted to make sure I went to a doctor with overall positive reviews. I decided to go here on my work break and they were fantastic! Extremely nice and thoughtful. When the doctor noticed my hands were shaking cause I was nervous she told me to lie down so I could be relaxed while she disinfected the wound. They got me an X-ray in record time to make sure there wasn't a fracture, and they fired off two different shots that didn't hurt at all in about 20 total seconds. From arrival to leaving it was about an hour and a half, but it was a very pleasant experience! Glad I didn't go somewhere different!nnEdit: I came back again to get stitches removed after ANOTHER dumb injury and it's still the best urgent care facility I've ever been to. Everyone remembered me and was super nice, and the stitch removal (same doctor as the previous visit) was quick, easy, and painless. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

My wife, our baby son and I were urgently tested for Covid-19, flu, and bacteria. I must say that the care was very prompt, professional and highly efficient. Dr. Fong was very thorough and caring, and clearly articulated the condition and treatment for all three of us. The follow up was just as prompt and professional. It is great to know that a place for urgent care is near us that is reliable, professional and easily accessible.

I have been to Prompt Med Urgent Care 3 times in the past year. Always in the evening or a Sunday. First thing you will notice is how clean the place is! The wait time has always been less than 10 minutes. The doctors are fantastic. I have seen Dr. Fong and Dr. Szabo both have been wonderful. When you are not feeling well and regular doctor's offices would be closed, this is a great alternative. The level of care is more than I expected. I have recommended them to 5 other people and all have had a positive experience.

I had the felt so sick and my regular doctor wouldn't see me since I thought I had the Flu and they were out of the Flu tests. I went to Prompt Med Urgent Care in Fort Lee and they took care of me for 3 weeks with the Flu, bronchitis, and sinus infection. I saw 2 different doctors and they were both excellent. I would not hesitate to return here again, even though I wouldn't want to be sick this winter at all.
