Hi so I went to urgent care this morning because I had a sore throat. They gave me medication the doctors and the people that spoke to you were very nice and respectful. The front desk lady was very rude and obnoxious. I did not like her. She sent me to two different pharmacy locations when I told her one specific one that I go to it took me all day to get my medication that I needed very rude. I do not like her at all and she hung up on me. Unprofessional.nnMichele

By far the best Urgent Care I have been too. Staff from front desk, practitioners and Doctors very not only pleasant, but professional, knowledgeable and very sympathetic. Dr. C Coello was indeed very aware of what I have been going through for almost a month. Let hope the medication he prescribed is as assertive as his demeanor and professionalism. Kudos to the team!!! Couldnu2019t be happier!!!

The good: Decent care fairly quickly.nnThe bad: They have outsourced their phone lines to AI menus and a call center in India and the people there literally canu2019t understand that the name of my workers comp is after trying to tell them that 10+ times. Theyu2019ve completely cheaped out on their customer service.nnWhat does decent care matter if they wonu2019t take your workers comp because they employ over seas people to man their phones who literally canu2019t understand you.nnUpdate: After 5 phone and dedicating 5 hours of my life to u201cupdating insuranceu201d over the phone (which is the only option) I finally got a woman who at least took my information even though itu2019s u201cnot in their systemu201dnnIu2019m not going to change my review until this company gets rid of their current call center system.

The staff is just awesome, and they're super patient with my child. They were really great at handling his nasal tests, even when he was putting up a fierce fight! Theyu2019re true troopers and really know what they're doing when it comes to working with children. Such an extraordinary staff!

Easy registration by the person up front, fast staff attention, quick results on the first nasal swab test. I was informed by the head physician the second test results would be ready within the hour and I was advised a call would be made to my residence of the results. Hours went by and no call. If you say you're going to call, either make the call yourself or instruct a staff member to call. Very disappointed in there ability to follow up on their promises.
