Thank you for the great visit yesterday. I felt welcomed from the start of my visit to the end. Everyone in front office and back was warm and considerate. To Beverly, PA, thank you for taking time to hear my concerns. I value and appreciate it. Also thank you to, I think her name is Raquel (not sure) who did my vitals and pre work up. She was great too. Thanks again.

Horrible experiences recently. The place has gone downhill terribly. Iu2019ve been a patient there for years, and while theyu2019re quick to bill my insurance, they arenu2019t quick to get you resolutions to your issue. Itu2019s taken three months, and Iu2019m still waiting, for them to figure out their medication issues, and correct what they saw me for. Theyu2019re disorganized, no nurses ever call back after you call with a question and youu2019re told youu2019ll get a call. Do NOT waste your time. I try to be loyal, but theyu2019ve proven inadequate. The nurses at the front desk talk poorly about patients after they hang up the phone for the whole waiting room to hear. Itu2019s a joke. Again, Iu2019m sad to write this as Iu2019ve been a patient there since I was a child, but no doctor should rush a patient through without a resolution thatu2019s comfortable for both parties.

Wife was refused care due to administrative nonsense related to typical and basic insurance processing that is apparently too difficult to understand by staff. Unfortunately, the only good thing that came of this is that we know to fully avoid this place in the search for a new primary care physician.
