Katricia is the worst so-called health care provider I have ever experienced. Her demeanor is cold and abrupt with a strong air of superiority. When I would try to explain something, she would abruptly cut me off and dictate to me what I should be thinking and saying. I am 71 years old with a Ph.D. in developmental psychology, yet she treated me like a five-year-old who was not able to make decisions for myself. She talked down to me every time I would try to explain something to her. She told me that with my age, I should not be given any kind of medication for pain because I could get dizzy and fall and get hurt! Thus, senior citizens must learn to live with serious pain. She gave me a long-winded lecture on why I must have a medical treatment directive on file, all the while talking to me like I was a child. She has no business interacting and treating anyone of any age, but especially senior citizens. She lied to me and told me she would prescribe a mild pain medication for my serious back pain and she even noted the prescription in my records, but she never called it in to the pharmacy. When I called Wellmed about this, she ignored my phone call. I was told she would phone me, but she never did. At this point, don't care about the lack of pain medication, but I do care about her lack of integrity by lying to me, falsifying my medical record, and avoiding me, as well as her condescending manner toward me. As a developmental psychologist, I taught future nursing students. Thus, I know how senior citizens should be treated and how they should not be treated, and her demeanor is caustic, to say the least. She is hazardous to the health of senior citizens. When they leave her office, they most likely feel inept and lack any self-esteem. I would strongly discourage anyone, but especially senior citizens from getting any kind of treatment from Katricia. She should not be treating people, or for that matter any animals.

Katricia Presas is rude, ud83eudd76 cold, stone face, BLUNT, insensitive, irresponsible with her choice of words and the way she just throws things out at your face!!!! I tried 3 times to deal with her because I always question myself and wonder if it's me??.. But NO!!! It's her!!! She's a cold-a** B****!!!!!! I switched PCP's today bc I don't want to ever have to see her again! IF I DID...See her again..could be dangerous! I'd love to meet her in the park somewhere though!!! Hope she sees this and decides to ring me up ud83dudcf1 ud83dudcf2 u260eufe0f.... I'll be there!!!!! I would welcome it with open arms! AND... It doesn't matter what your personal opinion is of someone that comes in to your office and is supposed to be under your care.. you are supposed to treat them with dignity and respect as a human being!!! Not throw your judgment and attitude at them!! We come in there as patients and you DON'T know everything about us or where we've been in our lives and you Katricia are a horrible person to not take your position more responsibly!!! You never know how you're going to affect someone and your irresponsibility in the manner that you deal with them can cause great harm I don't even know if anyone will ever read this but I know I was treated SO WRONG by this person I just wish I could do more than this post!!! You're a horrible person and I KNOW it's your true nature bc it happened on several occasions GO BACK FOR MORE TRAINING IN DEALING WITH OTHERS APPROPRIATELY AND RESPECTFULLY YOU Cold rude B!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as I've been with them they don't really do much I've been sick for al.ost 2 weeks finish my meds n still sick then I call n they say there's nothing they can do wow all thosecyrsxof school n they can't try n do something else to help me n that's why I end up in er all theyvwant is to get paid just to talk I will definitely find me another dr
