I recently contacted Axis via text message to establish care with a new primary care provider. Much to my surprise I received an immediate response and was scheduled for an appointment with APRN Elizabeth Allen at the Bixby location. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff at the counter then taken back by another friendly nurse. I met with Ms. Allen and had a great visit. Then I was taken back for labs where AGAIN I encountered friendly staff. Amazing visit with Ms. Allen and everyone at this office. Follow up care and appointment were punctual and productive. Where did you find all of these great people?! Please never let them leave!!

Definitely not a business that I would recommend!nThe physician that I had my televisit with was amazing! If I could base this experience just on Betsy, it would be amazing!nHowever going into the clinic, I could quickly see that the concern of the staff was not for the patient but 100% focused on their social time. Talking about recent date experiences and other things in the hallway and at the front desk. I waited for awhile initially, trying to be patient about my wait time. The front desk lady, I believe her name was Leah (Iu2019m sorry if I spelled it incorrect) was so sweet and apologetic. I couldnu2019t wait any longer even after I had been told a couple times that it would be just a moment longer. I came back an hour later and again waited longer than I should have. I requested my cash payment back since I had not received the services paid for. I guess we will see if there are any more issues from here.

Iu2019ve been going here for years now for my primary care, and the team they have is truly amazing! I have not encountered a single employee that wasnu2019t kind, smiling, and ready to help in any way they can. They even take prayer requests! They have always made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions, they encourage me to advocate for myself, and they have always made me feel steady when I was nervous for the appointment! I will stay with this practice for as long as I can! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to us patients! I would especially like to shout out APRN-CNP Elizabeth Allen (a.k.a. Betsy)!! She is who I usually see and I always know I am going to get the best care!

I am so thankful that I found this clinic. It is so absolutely convenient using Axis for all my healthcare needs!! No need in having to go to different clinics, Axis has it all! Including well staffed receptionists who treat you with courtesy and kindness, which seems to be difficult to find now days. Iu2019ve seen 3 different physicians for different health issues and none of them made me feel rushed or like was wasting their time. Itu2019s nice speaking to a physician and they actually make eye contact and listened to me. Thank you Axis Healthcare for the wonderful care!!

waited over an hour and a half past the appointment time, doctors bedside manor toward me as a Dad was very gaslightish and condonsending, of the 3 prescriptions written, only one went out. when calling the other prescribed services. its known that Axis has an issue... not so much any where else. So just be ready to do your own leg work.
