If I could give this organization a MINUS 5, I WOULD! Horrible network. I have NEVER been able to get a response from ANYONE who knows how to get me to the department that sent me an email to take a survey that they state is REQUIRED!!! No one knows ANYTHING there! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL OR ANY OTHER ASCENSION SETON ENTITY to anyone I care about. Unorganized is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

As Seton, it was easy to talk to someone about any billing concerns. Since Ascension acquired them, it is impossible to get anything addressed. The online portal says to call one number to provide new insurance information with a case reference. You call the number and it says to e-mail information to a random non-Ascension e-mail address. They ask for an account number and you provide the number on the notice that said to reach out to update insurance information. No one in the billing office has any idea what the case number refers. Trying to address this before a billing statement is sent out but it is literally impossible for the billing department to figure out anything without the account number from the statement. Then, four months later, the billing office still can not figure out how to submit the claim to insurance, despite following visits for the same patient going through without a problem. Meanwhile, they send e-mails, text messages, and phone calls harrassing us for having an outstanding balance. It's sad how bad the experience has been since Ascension took over.

I work here with some amazing people. I love the atmosphere and how well I'm taken care of as an employee.

I have had two charges come out of my checking account for $112.50 for two consecutive months and we have no idea what it is for. I called the number listed on the transaction and it took me to Dell Childrenu2019s Hospital. The company that took the money is Tri County Practices. I have called my bank and disputed.

Hypocritical statement on their website about caring for patients. Retaliation against a 1 day nurses strike. Care about money more than people. American healthcare = greed & corruption.
