In regards to my experience in labor and delivery birthing my first child. The midwives were wonderful during. Helpful encouraging and respectful of all my choices. Epidural was great u2026 great anesthesiologist u2026 good postpartum recovery. I feel they helped my labor be stress free and short. The lactation consultants are also awesome and really helped me navigate challenges with breast feeding. My only slight complaint is the over monitoring and disturbances the few day visit stay was hard to get any sleep and felt unnessesary but understandable due to concerns they had during my pregnancy and my blood pressure they had to but maybe could have been toned down. Overall 10/10 recommend if youu2019re having a child to give birth here I felt very safe respected and in good hands my first time.

I had my son here at the end of December and everyone that worked with me was amazing. Everyone was so kind and considerate. Always made sure to let me know what was going on and never made me feel pressured to make any decisions during or after my birth. I highly recommend coming here for labor and delivery!

Years ago, a bipolar/depression support group met here. Apparently, that group no longer meets there. I went to this hospital a month or 2 ago, trying to go to that group. I was escorted out of the hospital by a security guard named Kyle. I figured out the group wasn't meeting there, and asked him if I could just leave on my own. Kyle said no, because it was after hours. It was 7pm, by the way. Kyle's a bully. To clarify, he didn't physically touch me at all. I hadnu2019t done anything wrong. I will avoid this hospital for the rest of my life.

I waited an hour and a half to get an x-ray, and then see my doctor for 10 minutes. That was with an appointment. Providence either cannot schedule or doesn't at all value their patients' time. I originally went with Providence rather than Keiser because the service and care was better but each year service gets worse. Next time-Regent/Blue Cross? Can't be worse.

This used to be the place I would tell everyone to go to.... But NOT ANYMORE! The entire staff were horribly incompetent and just rude. I brought a family member who has a chronic health condition and was experiencing an episode of their condition. said family member was left to sit in the lobby WITH an IV in their arm for 10 hours and then they were admitted and continued to be treated worse. Sorry for the condensed version. Google only allows 500 characters per review.. WHAT HAPPENED to the PROVIDENCE THAT CARED ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS?
