Food was delicious. Hibachi chef was very talented and made a great Hibachi experience for us. The only thing was the waitress bought our appetizers and our entru00e9enout together we had to ask our chef to hold off on making us our dinner fir atleast 20 minutes as we were still enjoying our appetizers.

Always have an awesome time going to Mt. Fuji had a couple birthday dinners here, they bring out the big bong and a dessert which is delicious, haven't tried out the kabachi section although it is our plans on day, last time we went tho our waiter forgot about us, and served others that had came in after us, without checking on us, we finally got his attention as we do understand it can be a busy and juggling task as a waiter, it did not affect our date or our food critique, it did however effect his tip by a little. Besides that we have enjoyed Mt. Fuji every other time we have been there.

Me and my friends paid for the hibachi experience and the guy did bare minimum The place used to be so good in the very beginning but they definitely lost their touch we decided to go to the bar to have a drink and we were waiting for almost a half an hour we ended up leaving it was just ridiculous The food is always good but the service needs to be more impressive but definitely sad how far down they have went
