I showed for an appointment and no one was at the office, they tried to blame me for not showing up. I rescheduled for a later date. I showed up only to arrive and find out the Dr was an 1hr:30mins behind at 8am. I then rescheduled again and the office rescheduled, I went again and the Dr was running 2hrs behind. My final attempt at a meeting was when I called ahead of time to see if the Dr was running late. They told me come in a half hour from when I called. I showed up 15mins early, and was told I had to wait till the person that was ahead of me was done with their appointment and was blamed for being late. When I asked for a male Dr instead of the new female PA the receptionist gave me an issue for it

Pathetic that a brilliant Dr. A Davis since consolidating with Pro-Health how deplorable the back office has become, run by a dolt staff; excluding Dale who's brilliant at her job. Show up for scheduled 6mo follow up, to find out that my appointment was canceled and moved 2 weeks out without being advised, best when I showed I announced my Name, appointment time, and person calls me Jose, said sorry that not what I said repeated my name and called Jose again. Than they blame the system for changing the schedule. Sad been a patient of Dr. Davis for 15+ yrs, so sad to see the decline in the back office staff. Also when you show up, on time you can waith 45 min till your seen, or of your 10 min late they cancel your appointment even after calling saying stuck in traffic. Time to find another GP.

I have been coming here for two years and never had a bad experience. The staff are courteous and the new P.A. James Mullen is very personable and thorough. Best physical Iu2019ve had since moving here! Before him I was treated by E. Indorf, who is also personable and attentive.

Caroline Civitano is one of the most welcoming, positive, and earnest health care professionals I have ever met. Incredibly sweet and eager to help. Very knowledgeable and equally capable. Really felt she was committed to helping me. She is such a sweetheart I really can't get over it. Wish I could say it a million times more. Their office staff was also darling. Very big fan of this practice and can't recommend it enough.
