I didnu2019t have enough money to cover the co pay for my little one and they allowed me a one time courtesy billing so that Mia could be seen. And good thing they did because she had strep throat and needed antibiotics. The front desk associate was wonderful, the nurse was wonderful and the doctor was so patient and kind. I will definitely be back if I need to!

The check-in process and scheduling went smoothly. The wait was minimal. The nurse was very thorough in her med history questioning and efficient while taking vitals. I came in with a nose bleed that had been ongoing for almost 4 hours. The nurse practitioner stood against the wall and asked some questions, told me that u201cI wouldnu2019t bleed out from a nose bleedu201d, and gave me some gauze to take home. Did she examine my nose? No. Did she take the packing out of my nose to see if she could discover the reason for the bleed? No. Did she get within 2 ft of me on the examination table? No. Was there value in the visit? No. Will I be charged for an examination? Yes. Complete waste of money and time.

My visit to the clinic was pleasant. After registering on my phone, I was met by a friendly nurse who took my vitals quite efficiently. Within minutes of her departure, the doctor arrived. After some questions and more vital signs, she reassured me that I had not metabolized my medication well. She prescribed another medication that would ease my symptoms. It worked.

I had a long wait even though i had scheduled a time, like an hour and a half before I was even taken to a room. Needed xrays with another lo g wait and then was told that they would get back with me by the end of the day with either next steps or a prescription sent in. Have not heard anything from the clinic and it has been over 24 hours. The Dr. that saw me was friendly as well as the staff in the clinic even though they were way behind they still kept decent attitudes towards the patients.

The providers were great with our child and did a great job. However they placed the script to the wrong pharmacy, which was closed. Then after driving back, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy again. By that point both urgent care and all pharmacies were closed so she had to go through the night with a lot of pain. In the end, the script never showed up at any pharmacy (the right or wrong one) and our pediatrician took care of her the next morning. So the visit ended up being completely wasted in the end.
