My 12 year old son got hit by a car while he was riding his bike home not even a block away from his school. To say the least, as this was my first time experiencing such a thing, I just felt better by going in and having my son seen in person and fully checked out. Not only did we have nobody in line in front of us, and didnu2019t have to spend a ton of time in the waiting room, but we also had a true 5 star u2b50ufe0f experience. From the front desk, to the M.A. taking his vitals, and through the end of the exam with the provider, Dr. Tyler Casavant, I was very pleased with the overall visit. The Dr. was very thorough and informative, without lacking bedside manner or personality. He definitely got some laughs out of my son and I and we both left feeling much better than when we came in. I think itu2019s safe to say that collectively the healthcare system and the service/treatment we receive from the over worked, under staffed, and under paid healthcare workers arenu2019t always a pleasant experience. That said, it was very refreshing to have this visit go as smoothly as it did, especially in such a hectic time for my son. 5 out of 5 highly recommend!

Went to this urgent care today 03/26/2025. And have to say i didn't like the receptionist behavior. Didn't feel welcomed i ask questions and they both ladies there just stare at me without any concern of why im there. Not welcoming at all. I told her I wanted my knee checked and she just gave a blank look without an answer. It seems they're so damn lazy to get up the chairs . Not a good experience at all. 1 star

The wait in the lobby was relatively short, although we did have an appointment. But we waited for a very long time in the room waiting to see the Doctor. That being said, it was well worth the wait. The doctor was fantastic and really took the time to talk to us about our concerns, and did a thorough evaluation of our daughter. Our daughter is on the spectrum and is unable to tell us how she's feeling, which is obviously very concerning, especially during flu season. I will only go to this urgent care from now on. We were extremely impressed with the doctor.

Was seen by Marissa Hernandez NP.nFrom the moment we were brought back for vitals, I felt like we were more of an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. The MA quickly rushed through vitals, questions. Hardly pausing for an answer with replies. Once brought back to the room we waited to be seen. Which was expected. Eventually, the NP walked in to the room. We were greeted with same energy as the previous MA. The NP was dismissive, and seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment than actually listening to my concerns. She didnu2019t ask many follow-up questions and instead, she seemed to brush me off, offering quick, vague responses that did nothing to ease my concerns. I understand that healthcare providers are busy, but basic compassion and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, this NP lacked both. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Best urgent care I have ever gone too. Every time I go with my kids, they help us within 30 mins. They put in a referral for my son and got me the referral in 3 days. The doctors here have helped my kids and uncovered my sonu2019s asthma when his own primary didnu2019t catch it. Thank you so much
