By far the WORST pharmacy Iu2019ve ever dealt with. Tenncareu2019s website showed this was the closest pharmacy to me for the Tenncare diaper program. I went in and was treated like I was stupid for not knowing how the program worked even though it was my first time using it. It took them 6 weeks to get me the diapers since they neglected to tell me there was an issue with processing the insurance so I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. They donu2019t follow the guidelines of the program. They give you a 2 months supply instead of one but then they take a month and a half to get you the diapers and you canu2019t pick up the next round until 60 days after picking them up. Decided to give them a second shot since theyu2019re the only one to my knowledge and I get rudely told by the lady there u201cheu2019s not doing size 6u201d. For starters, what does that even mean???? Second, how can you pick and choose how you participate in a government program? They treat you like youu2019re stupid for not knowing things about a program they donu2019t even follow like the website states they should be. If I could give them zero stars I would. How do you trust someone with your prescriptions with a boarded up front window to begin with. DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!! Make the drive elsewhere.

Starting from last August, I completed the application for my babyu2019s diapers then every week, my husband go to receive the diapers but they said still not available and Actually we received October 11 when I went by chance to ask but we didnu2019t receive any message or call from them.nThen after two months I contacted them to order again the diapers by delivery, he said will take two weeks.on Friday After 17 days I called them to check when the delivery because I need urgent for my baby, he said will deliver today. But unfortunately I didnu2019t receive anything. Then Saturday, I canu2019t contact with them because the pharmacy is closed!!nSo the Tenncare gives diapers for free but actually we buy!!!

I have been waiting for a month now for my TennCare diapers , I have seen other people getting the diapers the same day , every time my husband goes they told him to wait for the SMS , itu2019s been a month !
