HORRIBLE experiences at every single interaction with any of their staff or agency. Mistreated, misinformed, and misdirected at every step and no reasonable accommodations made for disabled patients. The very opposite in fact. They deliberately make it more difficult for anyone disabled struggling to understand or manage their case or schedule anything. All referrals marked urgent from an er will still take weeks to have even one person review them as they blame all other agencies and lead you on wild goose chases and put you on hold to others who say they arent responsible for that and they'll get you to someone else who will help. In the end not getting anything done and putting undue stress and symptoms on the disabled patients. They are actively working against me at every step of the way and treating me like I don't matter or have any rights then getting mad at me for being confused and asking for clarification which they can't provide them disconnected the call and just keep saying waiting for the next person to talk toe who doesn't understand. This has been WEEKS of this even after patient services assured me this isn't indicative of the medical system or the experience there yet it keeps getting worse. All this after the hospital injured me and now this clinic is preventing me from being seen or assisted to document the I jury properly and I'm a timely manner. Would not recommend to anyone especially those with any disability or difficulty advocating for your own rights not to be violated. Not one positive experience from this whole ordeal

Today I took my 14month old daughter to be seen for high fevers at Urgent Care in the riverbed location. The MA-C that took my daughter vitals messed up on her weight she put that my daughter weighed 10lbs when my daughter weighs 20 something pounds almost 30 pounds. Iu2019m sure my daughter was given the wrong amount of medication since they got her weight wrong to begin with. I didnu2019t realize the weight they got for my daughter until the end of the visit when they gave us the after visit summary and walked us out of the building since they had closed. When the provider Paula Wolff came into the room she checked my daughters lungs and ears said my daughter had no ear infection so she assumed it was just a cold since my daughters nose was a little stuffy. She told me to return if she got worse and told me to alternate between Tylenol and Ibuprofen when I asked her how much Tylenol and Ibuprofen and how often she proceeded to tell me to just look at the box of the medication and it would have the instructions on there because it goes by weight. As a first time parent which I mentioned to the provider I was I did not find the providers instructions to be helpful at all and as an employee of SRH I am very disappointed in the patient care that my daughter received today.

Here we go~My name is Joseph Romero. I've lived in Mount Vernon most my life. Almost 50 years! Wow! Anyways I can't say enough good stuff about this place and other Skagit Regional Clinics and the Nurses and Doctors that work there. The last 3 or so years for me have been basically a trip to see the doc about this or that. What can I say~Yaya I know! Gettin older~:) The Doctors that work for Skagit Regional are top notch! Period! From the first office visit I have never been treated so nicely and just had that feel of comfort and knowledge when talking to the Doctors there. I like that they treat you very well but they are very straight forward and simple about things and tell ya how it is. And the way they break it down is easy to understand i tell myself thats exactly what i was thinkin. :)I've seen a few~Sleep medicine,Ear Nose and Throat~( Hi Doctor Mullen! ) :) I've also been seen at the Skagit Gastroenterology center and the clinics Orthopedic center and the Physical therapy department. All very nice and knowledgeable and are easy to talk too. Thank you all! Really, you guys are doin a Great Job! I HIGHLY recommend Skagit Regional Clinics to people I know that may be looking for a Doctor. They have all came back with nothing but good things to say. Stay Healthy! ~Peace!

Me fiancu00e9e went in for a checkup and I took a nap on a chair. I have no idea how good the quality of the care is, but Iu2019ll tell you what! It was clean, and the chair was good enough to take a nap in.

Labs at the new building in downtown Mt. Vernon are slow; you sit on the phone for over 15 minutes with no answer. It would be great if they would answer their phone. The one by Walmart is great!
