Don't show up sick. They won't let you in the door! You have to do a Telehealth and then come to the back parking lot to get your tests done.nI will say they are quick at getting my prescription requests done.

Waiting more than 2 weeks for a prior authorization on prescription, when I called they were rude and disrespectful. Repeatedly called trying to address the situation with no help.

I really donu2019t like leaving a negative review because Ginger Bell has always taken fantastic care of me and my family. Front desk is always lovely and so are the MAs/nurses. The call center is the downfall of this office. If you ever get someone on the phone, you are extremely lucky. Most of the time, you are put on hold and then hung up on. Only to call back and have the exact same thing to happen. I see almost every other review has had a horrible experience with the call center. I do hope something changes. The office staff doesnu2019t deserve people being upset with them because the call center is incompetent. I cannot stress enough that this rating has nothing to do with office staff. My patient portal requests are always answered in a timely manner and Ginger Bell is very thorough and caring. The front desk has always been extremely nice to me. The MA is always thorough going through medication and updated medical history before Ginger comes in. As I stated earlier, I really do hope this issue is addressed.

I love this place! I transferred to this Drs office last year and it was the best medical decision I ever made. I LOVE Linda Hudson, FNP. I have recommended her to many people and honestly cannot express how great she is. She listens to her patients and is relatable. She checks for the best pricing and lets you know what your insurance will cover instead of just writing your prescriptions for meds you cannot afford. She gives great advice and is just overall a friendly, down to earth person. PLEASE keep her around! She may take a little longer with her patients than most, but its because she cares and provides the best care that is needed. All of the staff I have encountered here been so helpful and friendly from the lab, front desk, check out and Linda's nurse Sharon is also great. Highly recommend.

Iu2019ve been a patient of this practice for 6 years. Each of staff have been polite, knowledgeable in their jobs, and professional. They know my medical history, are very punctual, given me great advice and recommend very skilled specialists. I use lab for my blood draws and have been very happy with their expertise. My NP even checks prescription prices to make sure I get the lowest cost. I use the patient portal to communicate regarding prescription renewals, and specialist visits. They always acknowledge in a timely manner.
