Went for a physical and tb test for work which is normally a quick think, it was moving slowly so I went to ask how long it will be and was told by the arnp, Huto I believe that it wasn't Burger King and that they had to get through 4 other patients. That was completely unnecessary and just down right nasty to say to anyone. A we're backed up and it's going to be a while would have sufficed....I understand that it's Palatka and there's not a whole lot as far as providers go however, that is Absolutely no reason to treat anyone that way and I don't care what business you are in being that so brazen and cocky is just plain disgusting. I for one rather go absolutely anywhere else.

I don't have words good enough to describe the level of empathetic care and compassion received in my visit yesterday with ARNP Dan Hutto. I was getting staples ans stitches removed from a head trauma 14 days ago. The aftercare instructions and care he provided made the prestigious hospital who initially treated me a couple weeks ago look amateurish at best. I hope my new insurance covers them in January because this will be my Primary Care Provider. Greatest value and compassionate care. 5/5 would recommend and Dan if you see this thanks for curing my white coat anxiety through your level of care, sir.

I went to find out why my feet was swollen and they told me that they had to draw blood and made 4 attempts and no one there knew how to draw blood and the dr wrote me a prescription and she went home and forgot to send in the prescription and they wouldnu2019t call her so she could send in my prescription and told me to check back tomorrow and they were very unprofessional

I wanted to take a moment and thank St. Johnu2019s Urgent Family Care. We had an unexpected incident at my daughteru2019s school where she ended falling from the school monkey bars and we needed to rush her to urgent care for stitches. For us, this was a first, and for my daughter that was extremely scared, indescribable. However, the amazing team at SJUFC, went above and beyond to make our precious, less afraid of what was about to take place. I have no words to express our sincere gratitude for Staff members Kevin (u00bfQuu00e9 bola? ), Denise, and Miranda today. In life, people will pop in and out, some, will engrave a memory for the rest of your life. This team will forever be exactly that. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!

Been going here for years. And the doctors are great! Love dr prevatt, dr hutto and dr Kevin ud83dudc4d however the front medical staff and nurses are hit or miss. Certain ones are great and understanding, others not so much
