Every time I visit this clinic, there is a recurring issue with the prescription process. After the doctoru2019s examination, the prescription is either sent to the wrong pharmacy or not sent at all for several days. This has been a very frustrating and inconvenient experience. I hope they can improve their communication and prescription handling, as this greatly affects patient care.

The clinic is great, and the doctors are really nice! But the referral/front desk lady, Ruth, is the only problem. Sheu2019s terrible! She doesnu2019t follow through with anything and acts like she hates her job. Because of her, the clinic is probably losing out on a lot of new patients. She doesnu2019t know how to talk to people and clearly doesnu2019t want to be there.

I come in to start them as my primary care on my new insurance plan. And they wonu2019t refill my meds because they need proof from another doctor that I take those meds. Are they not doctors? They donu2019t know how to start patients on medications? All they do is refill what other doctors do? I waited for 2 hours at the clinic for them to decide whether they can refill my meds or not. Berserk.
