Some of the kindest people in the medical field. I'm grateful for the excellent service l've been provided from University Urgent Care. The staff have been gracious and exceptionally helpful. I've been hesitant about seeking medical attention for my condition. The Doctor was extremely hospitable. If I had any questions they were and made certain I fully understood. Really good service! Second time going to this location and we left feeling satisfied.Only downside is that they reject people coming in about 30 minutes before closing time.Better experience here though than Apple Urgent Care.

Hours of operation state open 9am-6pm on Saturday but the clinic was closed. No sign posted anywhere on the windows or entrance door that it would be closed. 5 people waiting over an hour in hopes the clinic might hopefully open.

I just got out from there from getting my ears cleared out. The doctor didn't do it the nurse did it and pop my ear drum I'm at the er right now and could probably got deaf on one side. They gave me no paperwork, no doctor that they could recommend me. Told me my ear wax was stuck to my ear that's why my ear was bleeding no they did it too fast and I'm talking to my lawyer now. Please be careful I came here because they have great stars.
