My first time visiting and it was very pleasant. The front desk ladies were attentive and polite. The young ladies who facilitated my EMG was very professional and kind. They gave me the information I needed to make the experience pleasant and not terrifying. The doctor who conducted the last part was just as kind and informative as the young ladies before her. It was important to me that this experience go smoothly and it was just as I hoped. I am truly glad I chose this office for my EMG test. Many thanks to the entire staff. Visit 3/20 Ford Rd.

From the moment I signed in for my test I found my treatment to be excellent. Not only were the staff prompt, but everything was explained to me, making the procedure run smoothly. Dr Singer took the time to listen to my concerns which meant a great deal to me. I would definitely recommend MIND for neurological testing and treatment.

Apparently someone doesnu2019t know how to do their job or pay attention to their notes like they are supposed to because they just wasted my time and time away from work. If you have an auto case and your doctor refers you here donu2019t go because they donu2019t take it. So Iu2019ll do their job for them and let you know. Iu2019m not even upset that they do not take auto cases itu2019s the fact that I put in my information and put auto case before I hit complete paper work. I waited two weeks for this appointment and finally get there and ready to take my next steps. I told the lady at the front that I put in all my information. She laughs and says I donu2019t know why they tell you guys to do that we can see itu2026 few moments later she asked me if it was an auto case. I said yes and no . They are not paying anything yet so I have been paying for it. She spoke to her manager and came back and said we are sorry we donu2019t take auto cases anymore. I said even if Iu2019m paying for it? She said yes because it can become a case. I didnu2019t yell or catch an attitude I just wanted to make sure I was understanding and said so let me make sure Iu2019m getting this before I leave. I said so you guys wonu2019t see me because it could be a case and even though Iu2019m still paying for it? She said yes. I probably looked frustrated and feel like I have a right to be. I said I wish someone told me this before I got here for my appointment . She had the audacity to say well you should have told us. But before that she said she saw it in the system and it was a red flag next to it so thatu2019s why I asked. Someone please make this make sense to me lol They had a red flag to my name and not one person had the common sense to call me ? How am I supposed to know that they didnu2019t do this anymore. So I politely told her well no one asked me this question and walked away. Iu2019m not going to argue with someone who clearly doesnu2019t k ow how to read.

Registration was fast and easy. Registration person was courteous and helpful. Dr. Singer was personable, thorough, and a good listener. He has me scheduled for another visit for electrodiagnostic testing and he prescribed blood tests to help with his diagnosis and a possible treatment plan. I was quite impressed with the doctor and the supporting staff. I'm looking forward to the next appointment.
