In the past Iu2019d had rate them at more than 5 stars but their new phone system they implemented is not working and people arenu2019t doing as they are saying in texts. I waited and still waiting 3 weeks for them to send back PA form for a medication only for billing and reception to retract their own messages sent to me. This is ridiculous and there no accountability for how they respond. Only great thing about the texts were how I showed them how contradictory their statements were to what I was now being told in person. Please find another way to funnel your overwhelming call volume because this only creates bigger issues. Other than this I love my providers and nursing staff.

Make sure you check your charges. My insurance has been charged for multiple appointments in one day. The upsetting part is, they didn't call in the medication or send the needed referrals that they said they would make. This was my last hope of getting into a PCM and getting my life back to a functioning level. This is direct harm to the patients. I know I'm not the only one.nOmg this is a total nightmare. I don't even know where to begin. Just know this is not a place you will be listened too.

This clinic is terrible overall. The staff and doctors are very disrespectful. They frequently schedule appointments with the wrong doctor, who isnu2019t even listed as your provider, without notifying the patient. Despite confirming my appointment several times through the app and providing my name to the receptionist on the day of the appointment, I was informed that I couldnu2019t be seen because I was registered with the wrong provider. The app for confirming appointments and pre-check-in does not work at all. This entire establishment is highly unprofessional! They never apologize for their mistakes. Itu2019s horrible! All staff and doctors should be replaced!

I went in as a walkin and was seen quickly and had a great experience. I was having neck pain, was evaluated and taken care of there in the clinic. I was also given medication to continue at home to further my healing. Fantastic service and experience!

The Doctor or NP never got his name cause he was rude, disrespectful, wouldnu2019t shake hands, talked down to me. Staff was disorganized, never called back, will never call back and they do not answer. Try it trust me I have left multiple messages. You have to go in person and then they say they will call you. They act like they have a system but they donu2019t itu2019s designed to get you out of the way so they can figure out how to bill more to the insurance .
