DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give this place u201cZEROu201d stars I would. Please read the reviewsu2026there is a reason they have 3.3 rating. They will not return your calls. My results from a scan was scheduled to be back on Wednesday 28-Jan-2025. Today is 31-Jan-2025 (6pm). I have called 5 times, left 5 messages since Wednesday 28th (would have left more messages if the message box had not been FULL), and still no call back. I just called them, and the front desk said the Nurse was busy trying to close her charts out for the day, and if something serious was wrong I would have already received a call!!!! Seriously!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

I love Dr. Claudia Ackerman at QC Wellness and Quick Care. She is an amazing Dr. that always takes her time to explain everything. If I need anything, I can call or send an email. I always get a quick response from her or the staff. They are amazing as well. I'm very thankful.

My wife took my daughter in with flu symptoms. They wrote the script for Tamiflu wrong and the pharmacy wouldnu2019t fill without consulting with the NP. QC then would not answer the phone since it was near closing. Since it was Saturday and theyu2019re closed on Sunday, even if we get it on Monday, it wonu2019t be within the 48 hr window to help my child. Wonu2019t be going here again and also filing complaint with insurance since they ultimately did not provide the service we paid for.

I love how the Dr. ran all the test needed, and sent me off with all the meds I needed. She wasnu2019t biased, or anything. She treated me like she cared. I hate to also bring race into the picture, but it is often noted that white women drs. tend to over look the problems and concerns of african American women patients. I did not In any way, form or fashion feel like she overlooked me. She even went above and beyond and got me an inhaler prescribed for my asthma while sick, thank u so much for your service. I now want her to be my primary physician.u2764ufe0f

I was suffering from some painful neck spasms on travel this week. I landed from HSV airport and went immediately to QC to be seen as a walk-in patient. I've been to the IV lounge before and had a great experience so I figured I'd give the urgent care a shot. There was only a little wait time which I thought was impressive given that it was around noon on a Friday. I was seen by NP Laura O'rear and she was so sweet. Probably the nicest I've ever experienced. There's no better feeling than being heard and seen in the midst of pain. She was gentle in her diagnostic testing, explaining everything throughout the process. I was in and out in no time. I am writing this a day later and I feel light years better than I have since the injury. I can't recommend her and this place enough!
