My mother in law was sent to this clinic for a workers comp appointment. Everyone was so helpful, from Laura who scheduled us and made sure all of her records were transferred before the appointment to save time, the MA who roomed her, and the amazing PA Jen who listened to her and made her feel heard and well taken care of. Thank you all for making her feel comfortable and for the thoroughness of her care!

I went in for a TB test to be read. I waited for 2 hours just for that and then when they finally called me in, the nurse poked and pinched the area where the antigen was inserted. Never in my entire life have I seen such procedures when reading a tb test. She pinched me so hard and then told me that I was positive for TB. My skin was inflamed because of her poking and pinching so of course, when she measured for the circumference, it was bigger than normal. Clearly, that nurse has something against people that look like me. She was also rude, yelling at people for politely asking how long the wait time will be. If people canu2019t be professional in a healthcare setting, please do not hire them.

Rushed and slow, waste of time. Spent 2 hours in waiting room, and 1 hour in the back for a 10 minute conversation. Came in for a work related issue. Er diagnosed Concussion days prior. Came in cause symptoms were getting worse. Doc said my headache was unrelated to my head injury and memory loss, blurry vision and fatigue was because flu is going around.They didnt test me for fluDays after a diagnosed moderate concussion.

Iv been waiting in the lobby for 2 hrs to get a TB test for work. When I worked for RediMed, when a TB test came in you took those people asap regardless of appt because it takes 10secs to administer! This is crazy wait times. Get more staff and providers!

Terrible, terrible experience! Employers should consider another clinic for pre employment testing! What a mess! Please don't reply to my review stating you would like for me to call your clinic! I was in contact with this clinic for over a month with no direct answers, as well as speaking face to face with the MRO!
