Went for respiratory difficulty, never even made it to be seen. Receptionist in her mid-late twenties wanted to charge me double my copay, claimed it was to u201cpay my deductible,u201d and couldnu2019t explain to me why I have to pay that after telling her Iu2019ve never had to do that here, and informing them that they have done this to another family member few months back. I tried to give the receptionist my insurance card to get an understanding, but she didnu2019t even care to look at it and just kept telling me what I owe. I have been to several urgent cares, including this one many times, and never experienced this; every single place has charged my co pay price. I have called my insurance company to ask, like I did months ago when they tried to take advantage of another family member, and my insurance said what they are doing is ILLEGAL. I would rather suffer with my breathing, which is unfortunate because the providers there are great if you can even get passed the front desk, I refuse to ever come back to this place

Well, every time Iu2019ve gone there to get my motheru2018s ears cleaned out cause she gets a lot of wax buildup. They usually pour this or squirt this stuff in it and then the doctor comes in and heu2019ll use a little Scooby thing, but this doctor he was different from the other ones. He didnu2019t do anything which I was a little surprised with. Itu2019s like he didnu2019t wanna take the time to clean them out. He just wanted the nurse to do it all. Iu2019ve always had good experiences at this place and Iu2019ve been here quite often, but this time wasnu2019t so great. The two girls , nurses, they were wonderful!!! the two nurses that squirt that stuff and my motheru2018s ears to loosen the wax, they were wonderful, but that guy that came in which Iu2019m assuming was the Physician, he did didnu2019t do anything. I was very disappointed this time that he didnu2019t go a little further and try to clear the wax out. But thank you to the two nurses you guys were wonderful

We were able to walk in and get our greencard physical process started.nA simple form. They had some of our records ready when we were called in. A friendly team of nurses.nThey took their time with my husband who has blood phobia issues. They struggled to get a sample, but that's no reflection on them, he's a difficult sucker to get blood from. But it was how they managed him. So kind and comforting.nThank you ladies.

My experience at this urgent care center was exceptional !nThe receptionist Camille at the front desk was very friendly and ,professional ; she certainly set the tone for the whole visit ! it is seldom that I experience this level of customer service . The whole staff was very responsive to my concerns. The wait time was acceptable and facility was clean . I would highly recommend this facility for any urgent care needs
