I feel so blessed. I was referred to this urgent care by my best friend, who is an NP and uses this clinic herself. I was skeptical and hesitant initially because I have been seeing the same provider for years, but due to scheduling, they could not fit me in. The PA was amazing, and when I saw her name on my paperwork after i left, I realized who she was. She didn't recognize me, and I didn't recognize her. She was my provider for many years in the office of my PCP, She is smart, listens to her patients, and possesses the ability to think critically in a fast paced environment, but she is always going to do what she thinks is best. I must say that my being there today was divine intervention. I do not stray from the office of my primary for anything, but they could not see me until Thursday, and I was extremely upset about it. God worked it out for my good, and Michelle took very good care of me, and I am grateful. Everyone was very kind, patient, and respectful. I would definitely return if need be. I feel 90% better this morning, and my eye looks great!!! Thank you very much!!

Everyone there was super friendly and the process was super fast. I'm so glad there are convenient places, nowadays, that can treat you in a matter of minutes instead of hours at an ER. It's an amazing thing.There was a few hiccups with processing my scripts but it worked out fine the following day.

They couldnu2019t have been greater! I scheduled online in the morning and could get in at noon. They were thorough and knowledgeable and worked very confidently. I was diagnosed with the flu and given treatments and prescriptions and was on my way. Thereu2019s a good chance that I wouldnu2019t have even gotten to see my doctor at all in the time that took. And they were very nice and compassionate. I wouldnu2019t hesitate to go back.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. She didn't smile or greet us. When I asked if she knew how much the cost would be she told me I looking that up right now without even looking at me. I was very polite and greeted her but she obviously doesn't like her job. I am a business office manager for a hospital and I would never allow my staff to speak or act like her. Whoever is her manager needs to be talked with as well. People are sick and coming in to get treated the least you can do is be pleasant. Your job is customer service based. She should really be replaced. The doctor and other clinical staff in the back were amazing, quick and very efficient. I will return specifically because of them. Not her
