Nobody ever wants to go to see a doctor but I will definitely be back here. The check-in process was super simple. I filled a couple basic things out, then was sent a text for the registration. It only took a couple minutes and as soon as I hit complete they immediately received it and told me that I would be contacted shortly. My wait was approximately 6 minutes before being taken back to my room. Every single person there was extremely friendly and kind.nnFast and friendly best describes my visit today.

I had a very good experience. The office staff was pleasant. The doctor I saw was very thorough in reading my chart details and asking questions prior to examining me and the reason for my visit. Her instructions were complete. I highly recommend this Beaumont Urgent Care at Orchard and 13 Mile Rd.

I highly recommend the Farmington Hills North Beaumont Urgent Care team. I was recently seen and diagnosed with walking pneumonia. The care I received was quick and comprehensive. Nurse Tonya is my favorite! Her bedside manner is exceptional and her kindness shines through to put you at ease. I have long taken my children here when needed but this is the first time I needed care. I am so thankful to have this team a few moments from our home. It puts my mind at ease knowing I can get exceptional care outside the hours of our regular doctoru2019s office. Thank you all for your outstanding service to our community.

I had a great experience at this urgent care facility. I was seen immediately at my appointed time. I had made my appt online. I was able to complete most paperwork before online also. The best thing was the polite ,warm staff at the reception desk. The doctor was caring and they called my prescriptions in right away. I needed to resolve an issue before traveling. I would definitely recommend the facility. I did not like trying to upload my card and ID on my phone when I was standing there with them. Technology can get in the way of a great experience.
