Quarry Lake hearing gets a five stars for great customer service and great atmosphere it was a very pleasant office . I was greeted with beautiful smile The hearing aids were displayed where you could take a look and see what they had to offer. I have been struggling for years with my hearing loss . In just one visit all of my questions and concerns were answered. I received excellent customer and care They explained everything to me about my hearing loss . I was very pleased and so excited. This business is not transparent about costs and commits insurance fraud. They require patients to sign legal documents that void contracts with insurance providers, leaving the patient to pay a bill their insurance would have covered. Get your hearing aides elsewhere.
