As usual, I waited an excessively long time to be seen. They expect you to show up 20 minutes before your appointment time, even after doing the online check in. Then you sit and wait to the point that you wonder if you have been forgotten. I sat in the patient room for over a hour before being seen. It was over an hour and a half from the time I arrived until I was seen by the provider. If it wasn't for really liking my provider, I would not be going back. This is not the first time I have waited like this. Another time I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. Still strongly considering finding a new facility.

I had an appointment this morning. Check in went well, waited about 7minutes to see the doctor /nurse. My wellness check was done, I then spoke to my doctor about results. Made my appointments for my next visit and left. Well done team.

Went today for check up and saw Michael Hawkes FNP and he was very thorough and easy to talk to. Wait time was not bad at all and they called me back within a few minutes of checking in. Went over medical history and made sure all medications were still necessary and refilled the main ones I take. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a good family doctor that takes his time and listens to the patient.

Roxanne was timely and helpful with a new medication. I have been seeing her for about 10 years and she knows my whole medical history and I appreciate that. The only thing I don't like is the people who answer the phone do not speak English well and it is VERY DI FFI CULT to understand them! !

I am not sure why, but I have never been seen on time here or even remotely close to my appointment time. I even intentionally schedule myself for the first appointment of the day, and today was seen over 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I wish this were an isolated situation, however, it is not. This office runs incredibly late every time.
