I will not go here again. I saw Dr Flores twice. The first time I had a horrible experience but gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe he just had a bad day. The second time I went for a routine checkup and asked for an STD test. He asked why I needed one and I explained it had just been some time since I had one and wanted to just be responsible since I am a sexually active adult. He became very rude, almost raising his voice in a condescending manner and seemed like he didn't want to provide the tests. I also wasn't feeling well and told him I thought I had strep throat because I had it in the fall and it felt similar. He looked at my throat, said it was allergies and prescribed me allergy medications. Immediately after leaving I scheduled with Presbyterian urgent care. They tested me for strep throat the moment I told them my symptoms. I tested positive and got antibiotics. With Clinica La Esperanza I had to schedule another appointment to go over STD results. I tried calling later in the week and they said they couldn't release my lab results until the doctor signed them. It took several weeks. Then I had to schedule a follow up appointment, which scared me and made me think I tested positive for something, only for them to charge me another copay just to tell me everything was negative. I tried them because they were close to my house but I will be going back to my old doctor at Pres. The care is better and you can just check your lab results on MyChart as soon as they come in.

I and other people had a very disappointing experience at this so called clinic From the moment I arrived, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. The front staff do not have any empathy for anyone and do not know how to treat with the basic courtesy or respect that every patient deserves. Customer service is completely lacking. You're made to feel like an inconvenience instead of a patient seeking help. If you don't like your job, that's one thing -- but don't take it out on people who are already dealing with health issues.The front desk seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping, Patients go to clinics to feel cared for and supported -- unfortunately, this clinic fails at both. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate or competent care.

I've never had a bad experience here! In fact, I've only experienced some of the BEST care, and the staff itself has always been efficient and reliable! Whether it's dealing with medication, or the insurance situations (pre-approvals, etc), or appointments, they are always very good about resolving any issues Ina very timely manner. I see Ryan Chambers (C-NP), and I'd practically have to start another post on just how amazing she is, just to cover how wonderful she is. She's truly one in a million! I can honestly say, she is hands down the best in every aspect! I've never, in any of my past experiences with a doctor, been so happy! She's extremely knowledgeable and in-tune with her patients, but she actually cares! I could go on and on, but simply the best I could've ever imagined, or asked for, when it comes to my health and care. Wouldn't change for anything!

We have been attempting to clear a payment issue with Clinica La Esperanza for nearly a year. In essence I have the documentation that we made a payment that they did not enter into my wife's personal account and they refuse to clear this discrepancy.My documentation even includes the validated check of this payment.They also failed on refilling prescriptions.Incompetence to an extreme level.

I have been visiting this clinic for some time now, and I am consistently impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warm smiles and friendly greetings from the staff. This welcoming atmosphere continues throughout my visit, right up until I am called in for my appointment.The employees at this clinic are truly exceptional. Their consistent positivity and professionalism make every visit a pleasant experience. Over time, I have built wonderful relationships with the team, and it is clear that they genuinely care about their patients.
