We came in on Sunday to both be checked with different symtoms, the receptionist was very Profesional, we only waited maybe 10 minutes, we were both seen at the same time which was awesome. We seen someone who comes there from Windsor Co. A few days a week. Very good experience. My husband had covid, myself a bladder infection. They were both treated. They sent in a culture for me to make sure I had the right antibiotics. They went over and beyond for us. And yes we wore a mask. I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. I'd say give them another chance. Thanks for taking care of us. They are now on UC healths portal so they can pull up history.

This place is so horrible, they have no respect for their patients Iu2019ve been in here twice theyu2019re always gossiping about other patients we can hear them from the room. The staff is always with dirty looks and attitude so of course Iu2019m going to have one back. Iu2019m not sure if itu2019s because weu2019re young or of a different race but they donu2019t treat the older people of their same race the way theyu2019ve treated us each time we go in. Do better your there to take care of people not talk about them and ACTUALLY TREAT them if you donu2019t like your profession then change your field. Also donu2019t make us feel like weu2019re invalid because WE FEEL like something is wrong. YOU ARENT NOT US AND CANNOT FEEL WHAT WE DO. Have some human decency.

I walked in on Saturday morning with terrible lower back pain. I thought maybe I had a bladder infection is what it felt like. The doctor came in the room and asked me if it hurt to pee and I said no. He never took my temperature, he never drew any blood, he never had me pee in a cup, He did not take my blood pressure, he absolutely did not one thing for me. So since he didn't investigate he decided I was having a back spasm and gave me a shot to relax me. As soon as the shot wore off all the symptoms came back and worse . now I have a fever and the chills with the worst backache I've ever had. This place sucks. and the shot that he gave me gave me a terrible hangover. This place gave me not 1 ounce of help. I would suggest never going here. I think the doctor set a record. He was in with me less than two minutes. I think I've said enough.

I had a very positive interaction with several staff today with my young child. This was the first time we have used this clinic as we usually went to a competitor. We arrived at 4:50pm on a Monday, filled out paperwork, and my child was seen after a 10 minute wait. Both nurses we interacted with were friendly and spoke to him directly and nicely. He was very nervous for his appointment but they must have sensed that. The APRN we had was Kim. She was wonderful. Talked to my son directly, took the time to examine what was wrong, and then came back immediately to check him again after the nursesu2019 completed their task. She answered my questions and was kind. I had friendly interactions with both ladies up front and they were nice to both of us! I had an insurance issue with the prescription and called at 6:58pm expecting to leave a message. However, the receptionist at the front answered and gave my message to the doctor. I had a new prescription in 20 minutes for my child. I am extremely happy with the care he received! They will be my go-to urgent care provider from now on.
