Wow, what a great find! Everyone was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The receptionist and nurse got me right in. They were very efficient and friendly. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. I wish all healthcare centers were like this!

Trash, donu2019t waste your time. I called ahead was told no appointments here first come first serve. Show up 30min later since I was told they had someone that was going to take at least 20 min. I get checked in and Iu2019m just sitting in the waiting area for 45min before I ask how much longer will it be till I get seen? The answer I was given was u201ciu2019m not sure weu2019re doing a very extensive procedureu201d ummm I thought this was quick care? She never fore warned me and the only reason I knew it was gonna be a lot longer was because I interrupted the receptionist u201cSarahu2019su201d mini country concert that she was putting on. Wasted my time by stepping foot in there.

After being seated and filling out paper work I was asked to leave because they wanted to close up shop early. This is posted on their door but to have someone sit down and fill out paper work and then ask them to leave at an urgent care is the worst medical service I have ever received.

I didnu2019t know what to expect when I arrived at Quick Care on a Saturday afternoon during a holiday weekend. It couldnu2019t have been quicker or easier. The front desk staff were kind and got me checked in within minutes. I was seen by the PA, treated, and out the door within 30 minutes total. What a relief! Thank you Quick Care!!
