I had an excellent experience at Next Level Urgent Care | Falcon Landing when my toddler niece cut her finger. From the moment we walked in, the staff was prompt and attentive. The provider, Cynthia Amachree, along with the assistance of Nyandeng and Bre, took exceptional care of her. What a class act this facility is! It is very conveniently located and from the friendly greeting by Deryka to check us in to the kind and thorough nursing staff of Bre and Angela I felt like I was in capable hands. Nurse Practitioner Cynthia was thorough and efficient, but didnu2019t make you feel rushed and made sure to answer any questions I had. She was very pleasant and even price checked around for the cheapest price for my medicine for my pneumonia! I will not hesitate to come here again and will recommend to friends!
