I was all set to be angry about Quick Med because of the wait time; however, the nurse and the doctor made me forget all about the wait. They were professional, pleasant, charming, and so very and caring that I found myself suddenly feeeling better. Once they got to me, it was quick and I left feeling like I had seen my own primary care doctor. I hope you all stay well, but if you find yourself needing urgent care, you can't go wrong with Quick Med.

I went to this location for a physical needed for a new job. I made sure to call ahead because I know some places are operating differently than before the Covid pandemic. The wait was super long (almost 3 hrs) but everyone was so nice. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Couldn't get them on phone At all last week . They just don't answer. Went yesterday Dec. 27th.Say they're closed until 8am Thursday 28th. It's a walk in clinic. 5 people in waiting room says they can't see me today. I ask if I'd be there at 8 am Friday morning could I be seen. Dr says no. I'm out of my meds now what do I do?????

UnprofessionalnThe lady at the front desks told me she does not care about my well being and told me to get out like I was an animal. She also burst out all my information in front of other patients and self diagnosed me and she is not a DOCTOR. She claimed I have covid when I told her numerous of times I donu2019t. The only thing I needed was medication to be prescribed to me for my sore throat!! She didnu2019t know my mother was inside with me and my mother told her she need to learn how to talk to someone. I will never come to this establishment. Me and my mother was the only African American in this establishment to so I feel like the receptionist is racist!

I have been here for more than 4 hours awaiting treatment for my ear. There must be only one doctor in this entire facility because the person ahead of me waited more than 5 before he was seen. I will not be returning, even on a non busy day.
