I was seen by a woman physician over video call who was incredibly rude. I needed to get a birth control refill and my physician kept rolling her eyes at me and demanding for me to show her a picture of my prescription even though I told her the exact name and dosage that I am currently on. She yelled at her receptionist demanding why her computer was not logged into the correct profile while she was on the call with me which is so unprofessional and I felt horrible for the receptionist. She sent my medication to my pharmacy and when I asked which one, she looked at me like I was stupid and said u201cthe one we have on fileu201d which she knows was taken down six months ago. Any normal professional working in this field would ask if I need my pharmacy updated.nnEdit:nI received a pleasant call from the head doctor of this urgent care profusely apologizing for this incident. He told me that he would not let this happen again and was very kind and thoughtful over the phone. I also got a phone call from the original practitioner that I had seen ensuring that I received my medication.

Service is super slow. Took an hour to be seen I was told 15mins and then asked how long was it going to take to see the doctor they advised it was another 20mins. So far it's been 3 hours in a wait.nnNot urgent care.nnBetter of going to the ER EMERGENCY ROOM.nnNote to owner of this place:nPLEASE ADD MORE DOCTORSnnStaff is amazing here.nnThings need to be more organized.nnA little messy in the both rooms I was taken in.nnHmm, I actually came here because of the reviews.nnLet's see

The staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. I visited this urgent care several times for myself and my family, and we received excellent care every time. We received our COVID test results back within 24-48 hours. The doctor I saw was very detail-oriented and made me feel like she was my primary care doctor, and she genuinely cared for my health. The reception area and patient rooms were immaculate. I want to thank the staff for their excellent service to my family.

Went in with my mother today and the Service was friendly, fast and efficient. I was helped by 2 ladies named Jackie and Janeth who were very accommodating and professional and assisted me with all the paperwork I needed to fill out and was able to see a doctor quickly. I Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Walk-ins are also welcome which makes this place great!

Very impressive place. As the saying goes...first impression lasts. It was my first visit and I didn't expect to see such a neat place, cozy, immaculately clean and modern medical equipments. Receptionist was very courteous, nurse was so friendly you would feel comfortable and feel at home in this place. Unlike going to the emergency room in hospitals that you have to wait forever, I was attended to right away here. The lady doctor, Dr. Begum, was great, thorough and very congenial. She prescribed some pills that really worked on my pain. I would surely recommend this clinic to my friends and to whoever needs urgent care. Kudos to everyone at Quick Solve Medical Urgent Care! Keep it up!
