I was there this morning, my whole face swollen just looking for some antibiotics for an infected tooth. As I'm getting my insurance card out,the rude woman says, don't even bother taking it out,hello? Do you not hear me?! Don't bother! Absolutely the rudest,most unprofessional people I've ever seen in my life. The place should be shut down! For a place that is supposed to help you, they go out of their way to do the exact opposite. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been very sick the past 3 days and it is very visually clear that I am sick. I called them asking if they took walk inu2019s and the representative on the phone told me yes. 10 minutes later I showed up and the first thing I was told was that they are closed. I arrived at 3:10 and they donu2019t close until 4. I was then told they are not taking new patients which I then point to the sign they have on the front counter saying that they are taking new patients. They then say they are not taking walk ins. I tell them I had called 10 minutes before and was told they are. The lady was very rude and told me she was not going to take me today and to just go back tomorrow. There was another gentleman there too that was not a new patient but the lady still refused him service. I do not recommend this place.

I wouldnu2019t recommend this urgent care or pcp. I really appreciate how kind all the staff is including the pcp however, when I came with multiple symptoms (low white blood cells, vitamin deficiency, even trouble with hormones) this doctor simply brushed it off. All of those symptoms could be any number of immune diseases. They impact my daily life. Unfortunately I was brushed off and left with no care. Not even a specialist referral. I really wish I could have trusted this office to take better care of me.

I want to commend the practitioners at this location. They took care of me and were patient and respectful throughout the process. I would recommend this location. My head is healed now, thanks to the expert care I received.
