This place hasn't gotten any better since the last time I left a review. In fact, this place has gotten worse. Calling them for refills may or may not get done, and they may put in the wrong medication. Trying to get a referral? Good luck, that won't happen. While people like Cherrie Aquino are great, the staff there are incompetent at best. They never call you for anything except an appt reminder. I called them for a refill, and I drove to the pharmacy only to see that they never put in the refill? Why? Because they claimed I needed to come in for an appt to get that medication. Did they call me to tell me? No. Furthermore, our provider there couldn't figure out why they told me I had to come in for an appt.

I have always had a great experience, and the ladies here are wonderful. The last two weeks were not my usual experience. I left a review and was asked to reach out to the owner regarding my review. Very quickly and kindly, my situation was resolved. In a snap. Because of that, I'm updating my review to 5 stars. I appreciate the fact that my concern was not only heard but also resolved. I look forward to continuing my care with quick care as my primary.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I am a military spouse who has moved frequently. I established Quick Care London as my primary care provider. I received excellent care from NP David Hadden. He took his time reviewing my complicated medical history involving my back issues and referred me to the proper doctors! I have also had to go twice for walk-in appointments for colds and received excellent care from 2 different on-call NPs. The wait times are fast, and the staff is polite. Finding a place with friendly front desk staff and nurses is hard. I've also had to have multiple referrals, and the referral lady is prompt and friendly, too! It's also very clean. I have already recommended this place to military friends. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience. Being new to Corpus and going to other doctors who have been rude and had 2-3 hour wait times is so refreshing not to have that here.

Just had the WORST experience. I have been going to the London location for a while and always had a great experience. That is until I met Nurse Practitioner Monica Karre. She is so condescending and rude. I went in as urgent care and told me she is not able to check lab work because I went in as urgent care. (Which I have been to other urgent cares and had lab work) She said I needed to reschedule to get a full panel of labs. When I told her I advised them at the receptionist desk that I was going to establish as a patient she said I would need to schedule another appointment get a full panel of labs then reschedule for a week for results. So I said basically I have to pay $50 to reschedule then another $50 to get results (in addition to the $75 I paid today)and she said yes. Her demeanor and the manner in which she explained things was completely unprofessional which is a SHAME because they rest of the staff there were pleasant.

Turing away a young lady looking to use the restroom because she has IBS. You have no sign saying NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS posted up. I donu2019t think it wouldu2019ve hurt you to let her use the restroom due to her condition. This breaks my heart for people suffering with this chronic illness. Giving you one star was the only way I am able to write a review. ZERO STARS FOR YOU!
