I had a very pleasant experience here. Yes I had to wait (close to an hour, maybe less) but once I got in, the NP was very thorough and did many tests before diagnosing me. She was sweet, I think her name is Maria. Girl at the front desk was nice too. Iu2019ll be returning here for sure

I went at 1:45pm on a Friday. There was one person in the waiting area. I was greeted with a It's going to be awhile before anyone can see you. When I looked a little perplexed at the greeting versus a hello, she asked if it was me or my daughter that was being seen (not sure why that mattered). When I said me, she told me it would be about 4:15 before I could get in. I said that seemed a little odd being there was no one around. (I realize people sometimes walk around, but not sure 2 hours worth of people being seen were roaming the aisles at Buehler's). She responded with well yes, there are a few ahead and the nurse practitioner needs to go to lunch. Cool... Cleveland clinic across the street had no wait and longer hours. Was in, seen, and out by 2:30.

Asked the girl at the front desk about insurance and costs. Provided insurance card asking if this was insurance they worked with or not. My own fault for not doing my own research but figured they would know. Not the case. Was told oh yes, work with this insurance all the time. Maybe expecting them to actually know is unrealistic? Either way I spent about 90 bucks for the convenience of getting some antibiotics quick. If you go here fully expect to spend around this amount. They also take your credit card info and just charge you without you knowing the amount first. I understand but am not a fan of that. Conclusion: go to your doctor if able, you will get way more for way less when inside your network.

Be warned! They hold your debit card information in case your insurance does not pay. I explained upon being seen that our plan is a co-insurance and there would be some out of pocket and that Walgreen's sends a bill for anything we owe. Not a mention of anything from the disinterested young lady at reception. Fast forward to today and they charged my debit card with zero notice! NEVER AGAIN! I learned my lesson!

Came here few years ago and again this week and both times have been pleasant and inexpensive as they are a level below an urgent care. I did make it a point to arrive by 5:30pm since closing at 7 would make it tough to squeeze in a bunch of patients last minute as one could imagine.
