I went into this Urgent care and was greeted promptly. I filled out my paperwork and only waited about 5 minutes before being brought back into a room. I was seen quickly by a nurse and within 3 minutes the doctor came in. I was taken care of professionally and with great care. I really would go back if I needed to. Great service!

I visited the urgent care in Radcliff today for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, which eased my anxiety significantly. Her calm demeanor was truly comforting. She was very helpful, providing me with the paperwork I needed and returning my belongings with kindness and understanding.nnWhen the triage nurse called us in, she was also very pleasant. Her friendly smile made us feel welcome, and by that point, I was completely calm. When the doctor arrived, she created a warm and inviting atmosphere. She sat down, listened attentively, and conducted the necessary tests. My son, who is 20 years old and has autism, felt very comfortable with her. He was genuinely happy with the care he received, which is rare for him when it comes to doctors and nurses.nnOverall, our experience at the urgent care in Radcliff was exceptional. The staff working in the back are kind and helpful but the lady at the front desk needs to work on her hospitality. She acts like she doesn't want to work there and doesn't know how to properly talk to people coming in for help. Wouldu2019ve been 5 stars if it wasnu2019t for the rude receptionist
