I made an appointment at 2pm through their online portal but they called me to notify me that doctor went to lunch at 2pm and if we could reschedule at 3pm. Arrived about 10 minutes before and they opened the door by the time they had stated on the door. Checked in easily. The whole wait time from start to finish was about 45 minutes. I was the first one.

This was my first time here. I made an appointment online the day before that made the process and checking in super easy. When I showed up, the front staff was very nice. The medical assistant that took me back was friendly and explained every step. I waited in the exam room only a couple minutes when the Dr came in. She too was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I'll be returning if I need to urgent care again.

very nice staff. clean place. but the appointments on line donu2019t match up sometimes. i came but they were on lunch. no big deal i rescheduled for a later time. took me 2 min. it was a 5 minute difference. just call ahead.

This place wasn't dirty, but it certainly wasn't clean. The place looked more like warehouse than an urgent care. The receptionist was nice, but the rest of the support staff were generally useless with little or no medical inclination whatsoever. And the UC practitioner? Useless. Absolutely useless. I'm going to report her to the company for which she works., AND I'll make sure I'm not charges anything for the useless experience.nnI came in for a deep and bleeding cut to my thumb and they told me they couldn't do stitches or even butterfly tape. She spent no more that maybe 90 seconds with me as I bled into my paper towel.nnDon't waste your time with this place. You'll be better staying at home.

Went with my wife. First time to check her ear with no insurance. Went in they were really nice. Respectful an customer service skills right on the money. Got inside they were quick!!! I'd say no more than 20min in & out. I'd recommend them!!! An definitely will go again. Thank you.
