I canu2019t thank the team of Rapid City enough for the outstanding care the provided to me. I went in and from the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The front desk staff was welcoming and the nurse was incredibly patient and gentle with me. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt reassured. Itu2019s rare to find a healthcare team so compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend it.

I found myself in need of a Doctor. I am usually in perfect health so do not take prescription meds nor have a physician. I took a chance on Rapid Urgent Care and could not have been more pleased with my experience. I made my appointment online. I was welcomed by Marisol at the front desk. It was an easy process to get into their system, as I was a new self pay patient, with my drivers license. Within 20 minutes I was taken to have my vitals by Cristal who I later discovered was their office manager. She also was the one to give me my steroid injection and take my chest x ray. They have in house labs and I got my results instantly. The Doctor was amazing and spot on in her diagnosis. I wish to make her my primary physician as they also offer that service. Her name is Dr. Azra Yasmeen and is the best Doctor I have seen since moving to TX in 2004. Do not hesitate to come to this clinic as you will receive top notch care for sure.

As someone who used to work here: THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE OR PRIMARY CARE IN IRVING! DO NOT GO THERE!I can't even:This clinic cares about nothing but getting your insurance info so they can submit a claim (incorrect or otherwise - such as double billing or billing a more expensive charge) to your insurance company.This clinic is terrible. I not only don't recommend it, but I highly recommend you going ANYWHERE else.*added note :The day I left this review 3 new 5 star reviews came out. These are FAKE. The manager there finds family members to try and push down the real reviews of this place.

Right off the service road, easy parking, super clean facility, up to date equipment, u201chappy to be at worku201d smiling faces.
