If I were able to give this place a zero star I definitely would. Last year, I went to them out of suspicion of pregnancy and I wanted them to run a blood test, and the staff had a very nasty attitude and mouth.nLast week, my husband and I went here because he was having abdominal pains. He told the nurses/doctors about what he found on google, and the nurses was like u201cthatu2019s why you shouldnu2019t be on googleu201d and continued to make rude jokes and say to the doctor as well.nThe doctor that seen my husband, did not do her job, and we ended up having to see our way to an actual hospital. Please stay away from these people if you donu2019t want to be mistreated, and judged. They are all lazy, with nasty attitudes and donu2019t do their job!

I had read the reviews and it made me skeptical about going to this location for emergency services. But my experience completely negated the negative reviews. It was wonderful. They admitted me in 3 minutes, tops. They ran a variety of tests. Dr. GEORGE SIMONS was very professional, kind, relatable, educational, and had great bedside manner. But the entire staff was great from front desk to nursing. I'll definitely be returning in the future if my body decides to fall apart again. Thank you!

I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this facility. The doctor who treated my daughter displayed a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. Her bedside manner was terribleu2014she was manic and erratic throughout the entire visit. After assessing my daughteru2019s injury, the doctor delayed treatment for sutures, claiming that the numbing cream would work better the longer it sat. However, she refused to administer Tylenol or Motrin beforehand for preventive pain relief, insisting the numbing cream was enough. This disregard for my daughteru2019s comfort was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the doctor returned to the room to inform usu2014without any empathyu2014that another patient with a fractured arm was u201cmore importantu201d and that she couldnu2019t provide any timeline for when my daughter would receive care. She raised her voice, spoke rudely, and even slammed the door on her way out. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting where patients deserve kindness and proper care. The experience left me feeling uneasy and concerned for anyone else seeking treatment here. We left facility due to no longer feeling comfortable with her providing treatment to my daughter with the manic behaviors shown. Deep wound laceration was left bleeding unwrapped while doctor delayed treatment. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent care.

Very sad to experience the scam they run at the hospital here. I went for my annual check up and was charged an extra$226 on top of my annual check up charge for a new outpatient appointment . Upon getting the details of the bill and the notes as per the doctor it was because other issues were discussed. When I looked at the notes there was a billing code next to a medical history item I discussed. The doctor did no physical exam for the issue, no diagnose or treatment. It was me telling the doctor what I have learned from my last years annual visit.nI contacted the customer service twice on my chart with no communication back. Then called them and they said they would look into it and I specifically told them to send electronic communication because I cannot answer calls during work hours but they always call me back and leave recorded AI messages to call back. No way to get hold of the relevant department and rude customer service saying it's not their department.nDo not go there unless you want to be billed for a service not provided and care not given.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. I was in a car accident yesterday and came in with a lot of pain on my knees and back and the doctor (Anthony Saldovar) touched my shoulders, asked me to walk and since I was able to do so said I just need Tylenol. He didnu2019t even examine my knees or take a cray after I requested it. I asked him for a note from work to be off for pain and only gave me one for today. Waste of time.
