Walked in to urgent care on Saturday at the Anaheim location with my son. The doc on duty sent him away and disregarded all of my son's symptoms. He said he would call in a scrip for his throat and never did. Long story short my son ended up back in urgent care today at another facility. What a waste of time and energy when you are sick. He is now on an antibiotic and got the throat meds the other doctor phoned in. The doctor on Saturday was super busy and not concerned about my son's health who has an immune disease. Sad!

Friendly, great service going above and beyond. I came in to urgent care late on a Friday sick and despite the wait (less than expected) I was registered and helped to some water and an ice pack for my hot head. From the receptionist at the desk to the nurse and doctor, I was very pleased and appreciative. The facility was in good order as well, but customer service was a winner.

Absolutely abysmal service. For starters, the person who we checked in with failed to inform us that we were checking in for nothing and we would not be helped. We waited for hours and they never called us. We eventually went in to the clinic and they said the call had gone directly to voicemail, only for their next phone call to work just fine. When we were finally let in to check in, the nurse just took the patientu2019s vitals and then sent them back out. 5 minutes afterwards, they called us (which surprisingly did not go to voicemail) and told us the doctor was too busy to look at the patient. We were then informed that we should go to a hospital or an emergency. When we asked why they didnu2019t tell us there was a possibility of the patient not being allowed in the clinic after hours of waiting the nurse that called just played the blame game with no actual response. Itu2019s evident they donu2019t care about their patients and would rather make excuses than take care of their patients. We noticed that people who lined up after us, even went in before us. The nurse said they had appointments but when we asked to make an appointment for tomorrow they then responded they had none. They had no shame in refusing to help a family member of mine so I urge you to think twice before trying your chances at this clinic. And I pray that altamed hires staff, particularly nurses, who actually have compassion and care for the people in their community.
