The staff and nurse practitioner Patti were awesome! Seriously ud83eudd29 I had trouble with my insurance and went past my appointment time just dealing with that. Then my debit card didnt work because of a fraud alert.... and you know what? They still saw me right after it was all figured out and were so pleasant and attentive. Patti was very thorough, asked me a lot of questions, and made sure I was good before ending our video visit. I highly recommend this office!

Reception and doctor are very good. Nurse was little rude. She can be little more understanding from patientu2019s view. When it comes to Swab test, other urgent care providers let me do by myself but this lady didnu2019t let me do it and I felt she put deep inside. I wasnu2019t comfortable at all and never going back there again

Amazing! The staff was professional and listened to our concerns. Explained the treatment plan in detail and made sure we did not have any questions. When my daughter explained her fear of needles, they worked with her and made sure she was ok before, during, and after the blood draw. Thank you!

I booked my appointment on line and uploaded my insurance info. I didnu2019t have to wait but about 10 minutes and they put me back. Nurse came right in and took my vitals, etc and the nurse practitioner came in right after that. You canu2019t beat that! I will always go here for these kinds of needs. Very nice, pleasant staff!!
