Iu2019ve been coming to this clinic for years, and it continues to be one of the best places for care. Over time the staff has changed, but this current team is truly amazing. Starting from the front desk, the ladies are always respectful, patient, and very caring. They make me feel welcomed and valued every time I walk in.nnIn the back, the medical assistants are always cheerful and take the time to really listen to me and fully understand my concerns. I never feel rushed, and they always treat me with kindness and professionalism.nnIu2019ve also noticed thereu2019s new management, and I have to say theyu2019ve made a great impression as well. Management is respectful, approachable, and it feels like they genuinely care about both their patients and their staff.nnMy physician, Dr. Galindo, has always been wonderful u2014 attentive, helpful, and always available when I need him. He truly takes the time to care for his patients.nnThereu2019s honestly nothing bad I can say about this clinic. Itu2019s a great place with a great team, and Iu2019ll happily refer others here. Theyu2019re always quick to help, and Iu2019m grateful for the care I receive.

Ever since corporate took over the care has gone down. I've been a patient of this place for 20+ years. I constantly feel like I'm being heard through like cattle, not allowed to ask any questions without scheduling several different appointments, right down to can't even go into the office when I'm not feeling good to get an actual diagnosis, and now to top, as a patient I'm expected to do all these covid and flu tests at home before my doctor will take the time to consult me.nnI'm the patient not the doctor I shouldn't have to do all these tests that are done by a physician's office. Not to mention having to pay out of pocket for all these tests.nnIt's become very disappointing as a long time patient.

This review is for the office ONLY as my doctor had always been fabulous.I have sent multiple people to him because he is that good! His extraordinary care had been the reason that I stayed through the chaos of the Texas Health purchase that seems to never end. Unfortunately the front desk has been very rude or dismissive on every visit for several years.I miss the previous staff greatly. They knew your name (or pretended to) and didn't make patients feel like coming to an appointment was bothering them.Every visit I brace for the next disappointing check in.nnToday the initial intake staff member was not rude, which was a new refreshing change. She called me up. She and another intake person start whispering about a previous patient. Not sure why or what that issue was a I stepped back a little to not invade another person's privacy. They have windows that they close until it is your turn. Not a big deal as I was still basking in the glory of intake NOT being rude this time nor act like I was bothering them with my appointment. Then I was asked to sign a form. You don't get to see what your are signing and no copy of offered which is strange but ok - hope you choose the answer I just gave ud83eudd14.Then the real fun began as there was an insurance issue I was finally privy to after just standing at her window for 20 long minutes. I fully understand they cannot control the insurance company but why whisper and not just tell me why I am still standing at the window? Then the whisper partner tells me I will have to self pay which I was not prepared to do. I then ask two very simple questions. 1 - How to prevent this from happening in the future which was a waste for the doctor and myself 2 - how far out is the next available appointment. Now there are 3 people talking AT me as others jump on the bandwagon.I had to ask those questions at least FIVE times!!! I also had to ask multiple times for my documents back. We now have 3 intake agents talking AT me another making more copies of my insurance card. No one answering the two simple questions. One of them keept insisting that if I rescheduled it would be self pay.... again I explained the system was wrong. She repeats this more 3 times.Another jumps in and talks to me like I am a child... she didn't even know what was going on but had to dog pile on her opinion. Nothing was solved, patient looking for another provider or a way to bypass the front office fiasco..nnDo better office staff. If you hate people why are you working intake?

Wasted my time that I wonu2019t be getting back. I scheduled an appt for an annual exam and called the medical assistant 5x (it took that long because they donu2019t always answer the phone) two days prior to the appt to clarify that I was still receiving an annual and possibly getting weight loss pills. I was told that yes I was good to go on Monday only to arrive to my appt and be told that my first visit would need to be a CONSULTATION and that I would need to schedule another appt for an annual. Iu2019ve never heard nor been to any doctors that just want to chat and bill insurance.nThatu2019s outrageous and seems like a money grab. If the patients arenu2019t coming often then for starters find out what theyu2019re needing from their visit PRIOR to the of the appt, then if you arenu2019t able to complete what is needed make the medical assistant aware so she can communicate the information to the patient before they arrive to avoid wasting their time. Secondly stop trying to milk the system trying to force patients to schedule more than one appt. Itu2019s simple donu2019t waste peoples time, donu2019t try to milk insurance and communicate. I will say the office staff is somewhat friendly. Never met Dr Dhindsa and because of her lack of communication I wouldnu2019t recommend her. Doesnu2019t seem like she communicates with her medical assistant prior to appointments.nAlso I should have to call more than twice to get ahold of someone it was only 6-8 cars in the parking lot which I will say more than half were the employees because only 3 patients were in the waiting area. (Not Busy)

Just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical provider at this office. It's taken 2 weeks to get my insulin refill sent to my pharmacy... after multiple unanswered messages in the portal and after calling 5 times I finally got a response 10 days later asking what dose I take... it's a refill of the same prescription... it took 4 more days before my prescription finally made it's way to my pharmacy. I have received no explanation and can't even speak to my doctor. Your office should be ashamed.
