Terrible customer service. From the receptionist to the doctors. They act as if you are inconveniencing them when you come in to ask a question or advocate for your medical needs. A doctor named Rojas actually yelled at me like I was a child. It may look brand new and clean in the place, however the personality and quality of service is much more important than how it looks. I was also under the impression that since I was black I wasn't entitled to respectful treatment by the mostly latino staff. I will never return to that doctors office again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else either.
